Catalog Access Level dialog (v7)

This dialog is called from the Catalog menu:

This allows the user to toggle between any of the 4 possible access levels:

Select the desired access level and give the password (if one is set). The change of level is immediate and does not require the user to exit Portfolio first. Note that changing to Administrator level is only possible if no other user is currently accessing the Catalogue.
