Can a user have multiple collections or share collections with other users?

Sadly, not - as at version 6 of PortWeb.

Some users have reported success in this area by using a secondary database (SQL, MySQL, Access, etc.) and custom ASP or PHP pages to bind the two together. At present there is no open source code for this. If you want to see this feature in future versions of PortWeb, be sure to make a feature request direct to Extensis.
