Where does PortWeb store its templates?

PortWeb does not store templates itself but rather it uses templates stored in the served catalogue(s). Therefore to use a particular template with a particular Catalogue, the template must exist in that Catalogue file. It must either be created and saved in the Catalogue or imported into the Catalogue (see more on creating/saving templates). Confusingly, the latter task is handled by:

• v5: the 'Export to HTML' function on the Clients 'File' menu.
• v6: the 'Create Web Pages' option on the 'Item' menu

PortWeb can not use templates stored 'externally' on local hard disks or servers to create PortWeb output.
