Creating Placeholder Records

Manual: v5 - Pages 55 (Find) / 90 (Create), v6 Pages 15 (Create) / 97 (Find)

The v5 manual on page 193 incorrectly states that Placeholders can only be created in Publisher or Administrator mode. In fact they can also be created in Editor mode as correctly stated in the sidebar tip on page 90. Verified with v5.01 (Win).
