Save Catalog Type dialog (v8.5.1+)

New from v8.5.1. Called from the File menu, this causes Portfolio to make a new pre-defined Catalog Type based on the currently open catalogue. The user doesn't necessarily need to know all the customisations made - Portfolio will figure it out. The newly saved Catalog Type is immediately available for use (it isn't necessary first to close/re-open the client).

• Name. The name as seen in the list of Catalog Types dialog.
• Description. The description as seen in the Catalog Types dialog.
