Catalogue 'Open at startup' has stopped working

When a catalogue is set to open at startup (see Catalog menu) this works until the catalogue is moved, e.g. placed on another computer or CD.

Unfortunately, the state of the option is stored locally on the user's computer when it is set and is thus only effective on that computer. The information is stored in the Registry (Windows) or Preferences (Mac).
