Print dialog (v6)

This dialog is called from the File menu:

This allows you to set up pages for printing by adding headers and footers, margins, page numbering, etc. These features are described in more detail in the manual pages 57-58.

If printing from Record view, note one significant limitation. Record view prints out one Record per paper page. Thus if the on-screen layout exceeds one paper page in length the Field information at the bottom of the screen 'page' is truncated. If you need prints of Records whose layout exceeds one paper page, you must print in a two (or more) pass process setting up the Record view so that each time all displayed Fields get printed.
