What are the max and min durations for Collection cookies?

The allowed range is in fact, 1-10,000 (inclusive) in increments of 1 day. You may see comment that setting the day to '0' stops any cookies being written - this is incorrect you must use an integer in the range 1-10,000.

The default value is 10.
