Unserving Catalogues

Unserving a Catalogue will log off all users. Start from the "Portfolio Server Administration" dialog, using the "Unserve..." button. You will now be asked to set a delay time in minutes before users are logged off:

All users, will get a warning dialog that they are about to log off. Once the countdown has started, the Catalogue must be allowed to be unserved before it can be served again. If they open the catalogue during the count, the users still get a warning message:

Once the Catalogue has been unserved, if the user tries to interact with it they get a warning message:

Note this is the same form of message as with a forced log off and is equally uninformative to the user, though in this case they will have received a warning message in advance.
