In Record view, how do I scroll to the Fields off the bottom of the screen?

Sadly you can't - either on screen or by printing out the view. If there are more Fields set to display than can fit on one screen, the information cannot be accessed. Scrolling the window simply moves to the next record, not to the next unviewed section of data about the current record. Changing the Record View options to use the "Display as List" option has no effect here.

Printing of record information from the Record is affected in exactly the same fashion, with only the first paper page's worth of information being printed and page #2 holding the same for record #2, and so on.

This bug has been reported to TS.
