Sometimes image height and width field data aren't created

There appears to be a bug experienced by some users of the v5.x client (with either OS) whereby when TIF or JPG images created in Photoshop v6.x are catalogued, the height and width data are not extracted. One possible work-around is to batch re-save problem images in another application such as DeBabelizer.

Extensis seems aware of the problem but have no formal description or suggested work-around.
