How do I get meta tags in my Templates?

You don't! At least, not automatically. Rather, if you want meta tags (description, keywords, etc.) you will need to add these manually to your templates either via the Edit HTML dialog in the Export to HTML feature or by physically exporting the template, editing externally and re-importing.

Note that the meta description and keyword information is unlikely to be that you will get by using PortWeb placeholders (e.g. %Description%). If you want proper meta information in your templates you will need to hand craft it.
