For some reason, the 'Find All' shortcut (Ctrl+') does not work on UK configured Windows PCs. However, all is not lost as Ctrl+# does the same action. This is most likely due to different keyboard mapping between the US and UK. By logical extension, if you are using an atypical locale or keyboard set up you may find shortcuts that use less common symbols may not work. Try other key combinations. I discovered the UK work around using Ctrl+# by trial and error.

The shortcut changed in v6, resolving the problem.
